First Call was founded in 2010 as part of the Vision Group, a friendly, professional,
family-run company. Providing planned and reactive property maintenance for
all types of commercial buildings. We act as the first point of contact for an
extensive range of maintenance services.
Introduction
We have built and consolidated long-term maintenance contracts throughout London and the Home Counties.
We take pride in the long-term relationships we build with our clients and our retention rates, which reflect our success.
Whether we are working within an office, investment bank, retail environment school or Refurbished high-end estate housing we work in partnership with our clients to tailor our services to meet their needs and minimise the impact on their trading/working hours. Our bespoke hassle-free service can extend to an out-of-hours service if required.
All works are proactively managed by our dedicated team. We ensure a fast and efficient two-way flow of information and support structure and continually look to new systems and processes to deliver this.

We have developed a pricing structure that is very competitive, economical and always has the environments best interest at the forefront of all of our fit outs with a complete open book policy creating a true partnership between the Client team and the Contractor.
All of our procurements are to CE and BS standards and are vigorously checked for quality and performance, ensuring the highest standard of quality finishes.
Vision is committed to the best practice in all aspects of its business, this is demonstrated through its services to and relationships with the client. We actively promote all forms of sustainability within our designs and work closely with our respective clients on all forms of ecological issues. Our health and safety records are exemplary and we actively promote training for all our management and site teams. We are constantly reviewing our Company Procedures at all levels and are currently ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standard.
